Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time social
worker opportunity is available in Rochester, MI, serving students
in a residential school setting. This role focuses on supporting
male youth who are victims and offenders of sexual violence and
primarily involves working with middle and high school students
(grades K-12). The position requires on-site presence to provide
direct, in-person support and interventions. Responsibilities
include: Delivering comprehensive social work services in a
specialized residential facility Assessing student needs and
developing individualized plans for support and intervention
Collaborating with school staff, families, and external agencies to
coordinate care Maintaining detailed and confidential case records
Providing crisis intervention and counseling as needed Supporting
student well-being in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive
manner Qualifications: Valid Michigan social work license (LMSW or
LCSW) Experience working with K-12 students, particularly middle
and high school Background in trauma-informed care or experience
with victims/offenders of sexual violence preferred Ability to work
exclusively on-site, providing in-person social work services
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
Location: Rochester, Michigan This contract position offers
