Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting manufactured products to ensure they meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards. The Quality Technician plays a critical role in supporting production by providing accurate documentation, inspection tools, and ongoing quality checks on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, experience with measurement tools, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Key Responsibilities: Inspect in-process and finished products to verify conformance to customer drawings and specifications Assist in maintaining and organizing customer drawings, specifications, and quality documentation Provide required paperwork, inspection documents, and quality records to the shop floor Ensure production teams have the proper measuring tools and inspection equipment needed for each job Perform regular inspections of material being produced and identify nonconformances Accurately document inspection results and communicate quality issues to the Quality Manager and production team Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring quality concerns Maintain a clean and organized inspection and work area Qualifications: Working knowledge of basic measurement techniques and inspection tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment preferred Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work with production teams What We Offer: Full-time, with OT available 1st & 2nd Shift available Stable manufacturing environment Opportunities to grow within Quality and Manufacturing Competitive pay Supportive team and structured processes Ready to Apply?
