expansion by targeting new business in construction, property
management, retail, and manufacturing sectors. If you're a

Prospect and execute outbound strategies, including cold calls,
email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage
decision-makers. Pitch customized waste and recycling services,
highlighting efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability benefits.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, pipelines, and customer
interactions. Collaborate with account management and operations
teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and client satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications Proven outbound sales experience,
preferably in industrial or B2B environments. Strong network or
contacts in target industries (construction, property management,
retail, manufacturing). Excellent communication and negotiation
skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience to
handle rejections and high-pressure scenarios. Willingness to
embrace 24/7 availability for department ownership and emergency
support. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in waste,
recycling, or logistics industries. Proficiency with CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation software. Background in
tech-forward sales, such as 3PL or freight brokerage. Compensation
and Benefits Competitive base salary: $40,000 - $55,000, based on
experience. Uncapped commissions plus profit sharing and new logo
bonuses. Top performers can earn several hundred thousand annually
