Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting
Specialist to support our Sales Analytics team. In this role, you
will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining a
variety of reports that provide insights into sales performance,
trends, and key business metrics. You will collaborate closely with
sales leaders, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure
timely and accurate reporting that drives data-driven
decision-making across the sales organization. Key
Responsibilities: Report Creation and Management: Develop and
maintain standard and ad-hoc reports related to sales performance,
demand, forecasts, inventory, and other KPIs. Wherever possible,
centralize the report creation and distribution of critical
reports. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze raw data from
multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of
opportunity. Interpret data to generate actionable insights for the
sales leadership team. Sales Dashboards and Visualization: Build
and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in tools
like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to provide clear, actionable
insights to sales teams and leadership. Collaboration with Sales
and Analytics Teams: Partner with the sales, marketing, and brand
teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure reports meet
business needs. Automation and Process Improvement: Work with the
team to automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline
reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Data
Validation & Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency
of data used in reporting. Perform data validation checks and
troubleshoot issues as needed. Ad-hoc Reporting: Respond to
requests for custom reports or one-time data analysis projects.
Provide timely and accurate responses to support business needs.
Reporting Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of reporting
processes, data definitions, and methodologies to ensure
