We are looking for a Sales Customer Service Representative who will be able to determine whether a quote can be turned around quickly or needs additional support from sales and/or operations team members. This position will become many customers' main point of contact and will support all sales team members in completing quotes. The Sales Customer Service Representative will be the driver of exceptional customer service by providing high quality quotes and exceptional attention to detail of customer needs. Main Responsibilities: * Create high-quality and profitable quotes in a timely fashion * Identify customer's perceived value of LINK testing solutions * Increase customer awareness of full scope of LINK's capabilities * Utilize the CRM to create quotes and customer records * Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up on quotes to ensure the customer is satisfied * Assist Account Manager and Business Development Representatives in follow-up of open quotes * Develop rapport with existing customers to ensure LINK remains the preferred supplier and develop upsell opportunities * Coordinate with marketing tea and CRM to develop leads * Coordinate with the Inside Sales Manager to ensure timeliness, effectiveness, and quality of quotes * Identify discrepancies between purchase orders and quotes * Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment. * Adherence to company policies. * Adherence to LINK quality process and procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities implementing through our quality system. * Be a role model and advocate of the LINK culture that is consistent and emphasizes the identified mission, vision, and values of the organization. * Embody the Ownership Brand Driver (Accountability, Commitment, Can-Do Attitude, Courage, & Humility). * Responsible for submitting an accurate labor ticket on a daily basis. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED with technical curriculum * 2+ years of related work experience (preferred) * Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook applications * Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred) * Experience using ERP systems (Epicor preferred) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Ability to work well in a team environment * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong independent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services Other * Physical Requirements (Choose Office & Floor) * Office - This position is located in an office and involves sedentary work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
