Presentation skills- speak to leadership and speak to the business Description: As a Data Analyst within the Analytics, Insights, and Amplification group of this automotive client Information Technology division, you will be responsible for leveraging tools to understand and provide insights to decision-makers at all levels of the company. You will be part of a centralized team working across Digital Platforms, eCommerce, and commercial products to manage a single view of the end-to-end system health, performance, and customer journey. You will interact cross-functionally with more of the organization, including stakeholders from SRE/DevOps, CX, Model-e, and Product Teams. Qualifications: + Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects within your team + Team player with ability to work interpersonally with and influence cross-functional teams + Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making + Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with many stakeholders as needed + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of related experience in reporting, data analysis, data organization, and presenting findings to key partners + Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Lighthouse, Contentsquare, Power BI, Mouseflow, Medallia Experience in and/or passion for learning logging, performance, and SRE/DevOps tools and practices + Passion and demonstrated ability to implement Lean/Lean Startup thinking, focusing on human-centered practices to amplify the developer experience in IT + Self-driven to research and investigate new technologies and concepts. Skills: Data analysis, contentsquare, Analysis, presentation and communication skills, journey mapping, adobe Additional Skills & Qualifications: This person will need to be able to give a specific example of when they took the data results from an experiment and walk through the trends and frameworks & concepts they used and how their findings and suggestions impacted the business or organization.
