Job DescriptionThe Levy Group of Companies is seeking an Associate Systems Business Analyst to grow their career at our Corporate location in Dearborn, MI.The Associate Systems Business Analyst assists with the design, development and deployment of automated solutions. This is a development position designed to prepare the incumbent for the role of a System Business Analyst (SBA). Benefits Competitive pay Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement Student Loan Repayment Program Comprehensive Benefit Plan Development Opportunities Responsibilities The Associate Systems Business Analyst: Develops an understanding of business processes Documents business requirements of internal customers Partners with SBAs and developers to design automated solutions Develops and documents test scripts Tests application solutions to verify intended functionality and identify gaps Assists with the development of user training materials Documents technical processes Verifies that recommended solutions align with internal customer requirements Develops understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies Collaborates with business and technical resources to identify and develop process improvement initiatives Assists with the implementation of new system functionality and enhancements Participates in cross functional teams to gather business needs and identify solutions Effectively communicates with customers, internal resources and support teams to ensure objectives are met Travels to domestic sites to collaborate with operations' partners Performs other projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor Skills The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree Ability to develop technical knowledge of business applications, report writing tools Strong working knowledge of MS Office products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills General knowledge of Oracle applications Ability to develop documentation and training materials Valid driver's license Ability to travel Ability to read, write and speak the English language Ability to develop knowledge of report writing tools and languages Qualities Self-starter, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Desire to learn and develop skill sets needed to be an SBA Ability to work well with users and cross functional groups Ability to coordinate efforts with vendors Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Strong leadership skills Attentiveness to details Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to manage small scale projects Ability to influence others To Apply Please submit your resumeWho is Edw.
