Select Account Manager At Percepta, -we bring first-class service across each market we support. As a -Select Account Manager in -Dearborn, MI, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying -the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture. What You'll Be Doing - - The Select Account Manager will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on Competitive Price Allowances for Commercial Fleet Clients. - The SAM will write and submit CPA proposals, meet competitive situations and service their customers (Small-Fleets, Commercial, and Fleet Management Companies) while interfacing with various field personnel. In addition, the SAM will be expected to sell the end to end process, this includes telematics, essentials, charging, and EV. During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Manage Dealer & Leasing Company generated small fleet business.
  • Responsible to inform and sell company's solutions to fleet customers with the goal of implementing new systems throughout our consumer base (10 packages sold / SAM).
  • Solicit fleet sales from assigned account base of small commercial fleet customers (those who purchase or may purchase 11 - 40 units per year) through regular phone / email contact.
  • Utilize exiting and approved Competitive Price Allowance (CPA) budgets to meet competitive situations and promote purchase of company's products to assigned accounts.
  • Develop written CPA offers as appropriate utilizing the online CPA systems, and following up with accounts to ensure understanding and acceptance of offer.
  • Provide assistance with product, distribution, administrative and payment related issues as necessary.
  • Liaison with Fleet Management Company personnel to write CPA proposals and establish direct fleet customer interface.
  • Interact closely with National Account Managers on direct end user Fleet Management Company leads.
  • Apprise Regional Sales Managers when approved CPA amounts do not meet competitive offers. - Revise CPA deals if appropriate and follow for approval through RSM and Controller's Office.
  • Provide superior customer sales and service to all accounts.
    • Note: Commercial Business Managers located in Sales Regions will submit CPA proposals on dealer generated fleet customer leads on volume of 11 - 25 units. - Any deals more than 25 unites will be processed by the NAM (National Account Manager) or SAM as directed by the NAM. What You Bring to the Role -
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equal work experience.
      • Knowledge of company's vehicle distribution practices policies and reports.
      • 2 year's progressive knowledge of dealership operations. - Fleet experience is strongly desired.
      • 1 year(s) sale experience desired
      • Experience handling escalated issues is an asset.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to persuade and sell using a business case.
      • Advanced analytical skills and customer service skills.
      • Strong business acumen. - Ability to apply dealer service operations knowledge to the CPA process.
      • Creative and forward thinking. - Seeks opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
      • Effective time management, organizational, and planning skills. - Able to prioritize, multitask, adapt and thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
      • Ability to build relationships with field personnel and clients and adapt approach to different management styles.

      • Quick learner, with a desire and interest in learning new information.
      • Excellent negotiation skills and a consultative approach
      • Knowledge of computers and software (MS Operating Software, MS Office Products).
