Job Description:
CISCO UCCE technical telephony product manager, developer and support.
Candidate will manage PDO team backlog and requirements, develop UCCE call flows utilizing ICM, CVP, and java languages.
The development process leveraged is agile.
Day to day development includes new projects, maintenance, small changes, and diagnostics of operational defects.
As an agile shop, e leverage test driven development, so the individual will also need to develop test cases using our automated testing tools.
Product Management will leverage Rally for all project planning. run daily ceremonies, coordinate requirements collection, provide management overview status on all user stories, tasks, epics and sub-epics.
Developer will need to develop call flows using ICM, CVP, and java scripting.
They will work on agile team and deliver product deliverables based on our backlog.
The product work will be segmented into three two week sprints.
Automated testing is done with both junit tests and Cyara integrated testing.
Significant knowledge is needed about the CISCO UCCE environments to diagnose both application and infrastructure outages.
Developer will need to work with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose these outages.

Skills Required:
Product Management/Project Management Requirements collection Solid writing and oral communications CISCO UCCE ICM Scripting CVP Scripting Java Development Telephony configuraitons

Skills Preferred:
European Foreign Languages (ie German, Italian, Spanish, ...)

Experience Required:
5 years

Education Required:
BS in IT or related area

Education Preferred:
CISCO UCCE certification
