Director of Production (Advanced 3D Sublimation) Detroit, MI.
Direct 3D sublimation printing department. Plan 3D sublimation
printing production schedules. Assess project and resource
requirements. Develop, monitor, and analyze project plans. Identify
suppliers and purchase materials. Monitor production to ensure
quality and on-time delivery. Liaise with customers, marketing, and
sales staff to grow 3D sublimation business. Estimate, negotiate,
and confirm budgets and schedules with clients and sales managers.
Set quality control standards. Oversee maintenance and repair of
production equipment. Provide technical guidance on materials,
estimates, and production needs. Train, direct and coordinate
production line workers on use of 3D sublimation printing machines.
Requires two years of experience in a managerial role in
print-on-demand manufacturing and in utilizing, installing,
overseeing maintenance for, and training employees to use 3D
