Role: As an Associate Creative Director for one of the largest
automotive companies in the world, youll partner with designers,
account managers, creative directors, strategists, and other
creatives to deliver a variety of compelling materials to ensure
cohesive storytelling across all platforms. With a focus on
copywriting, this role will be instrumental in shaping the
narrative and messaging for our digital advertising campaigns. This
role requires a strategic thinker and exceptional wordsmith who can
guide creative teams in crafting compelling content that engages
audiences and drives results. You know the importance of a good
narrative at every turn and use this to craft the story around
concepts and executions, organizing the team’s efforts into
presentation decks for review. In practice, this means steering the
team towards excellence while also actively participating in
hands-on creative development and production. This pivotal position
requires you to navigate multiple responsibilities, serving as both
creator and supervisor simultaneously. You bring a progressive
creative instinct and positivity, working effectively in teams with
a low-ego approach Key Responsibilities Elevate Creative Vision:
Partner with Creative Directors and leadership to elevate client
brand expression and tone of voice across brands to achieve
creative excellence. Present ideas, build client relationships, and
confidently lead copy conversations. Proactively respond to
feedback (both written and verbal), and follow up with creative and
account teams throughout each project. Lead the development of
innovative copy concepts for integrated digital advertising
campaigns. Oversee the writing process, ensuring clarity,
consistency, and alignment with brand voice. Work closely with
clients to understand their vision, objectives, and feedback.
Conduct presentations to clients to effectively communicate
creative ideas and strategies. Foster Collaboration and Execution:
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and other stakeholders to
create unified creative solutions. Creation of high-quality,
impactful work across all deliverables from campaigns to assets at
scale and experiential work. Provide clear, focused feedback to
creative teams regarding work, department, and agency improvements.
Mentor junior copywriters by offering constructive feedback and
promoting best practices in writing. Champion Creative Excellence:
Contribute to the creative process from concept ideation to
production, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and innovative work.
Critique major deliverables, upholding the highest standards of
creative excellence and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Drive innovation and creativity, setting new industry standards and
ensuring work is consistently smart, impactful, and scalable.

initiatives. Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional copywriting
experience in advertising and marketing. Thrive under pressure,
adapting to changing priorities and consistently meeting tight
deadlines. Possess a strong creative background with an inherent
understanding of digital, thinking beyond traditional ad formats
and budgets. Proven experience developing copy-driven concepts with
compelling taglines and brand narratives. Deep understanding of
copywriting principles and related creative disciplines. Excellent
problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a
proactive approach to delivering high-quality work. Ability to
craft exceptional copy from briefs, existing drafts, or
independently. Contribute constructively to strategic and creative
discussions throughout the entire project lifecycle, from
conception to production. Experience crafting brand voice, tone,
and style guides for consistent language across all touchpoints.
Experience in the automotive and/or production industries is highly
desired. A strong portfolio showcasing a proven track record of
excellent work across multiple formats (digital, video, social,
etc.) is required. Proficiency in industry-standard design and
collaboration software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and

compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what
Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may

salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based
