Job Description:

The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Security Guard to work out of our Dearborn, MI Location. The Security Guard provides security services for employees, company property, and equipment.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  The Security Guard will:
  
  • 
    
  • Verifying security of building and plant operations around southeast Michigan
    
  • Responding to alarms, performing alarm panel functions
    
  • Maintaining written security logs
    
  • Completing incident reports
    
  • Reporting security issues to Director of Security
    
    
    
    
    
    
    Qualifications/Skills
    
    
    The ideal candidate will have
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • Valid driver's license with good driving record
      
    • Prior security experience preferred
      
    • Ability to follow instructions
      
    • Ability to operate computer, tablets, cell phones and work with technology driven security solutions
      
    • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
      
    • Attention to detail
      
    • Must be able to work all shifts
      
    • Must have access to reliable transportation
      
    • High School Diploma
      
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods and lift 25 pounds
