Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time escrow officer to oversee all aspects of Real Estate closings. You'll play a key position on a supportive team where you can truly shine. Responsibilities:

--- Coordinate the issuance of title policies with title examiner
--- Assemble and deliver closing statements to buyers, sellers, brokers, agents, and lenders
--- Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts
--- Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts
--- Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting


Qualifications:

--- Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts
--- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with real estate closing: residential sales, refinance, commercial sales, REO and short sale escrow
--- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred - high school diploma required
--- Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must
--- Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software
