This could be a great opportunity for you!As a Payment Administrator (i.e., Administrative Coordinator) on Morley's reacquired vehicle management team in Saginaw, Michigan, you'll have:A consistent M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. scheduleFlexibility (paid time off)Steady work, supportive leaders, strong benefits and advancement opportunitiesIn this role, you'll help coordinate and process payments for Morley's Fortune 500 and luxury automotive clients.What You'll DoHandle outbound documentation, communications, and various financial and record-keeping tasksReview prepared packets for correct payment info and attach appropriate check(s)Request void checks and stop paymentsManage and report on checks receivedHandle checks to be sent to the manufacturer, along with related documentationLearn and understand project operations and workflow processesAdhere to security procedures and timelinesOffer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitudeWhat to ExpectAre you curious what a typical day looks like?
