Project Description:As the Data Insights & Visualization Specialist within Supply chain space, you will collaborate within the technical stakeholders such as Data Architects, Data Modelers, Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Platform Architects for implementation of the large-scale data analytics/BI solution. Deliver automation and visualization consistent with processes and standards. Analyze business requirements and translates them into the BI data layer design to provide meaningful business insights based on BI best practices. Responsible for end-to-end design and development of Qlikview/Qliksense-based reporting applications Manage day-to-day operations of Qlikview/Qliksense system along with development. Perform Qlikview/Qliksense upgrades and new installation, hence should have good familiarity with QMC. Responsible for the unit and integration testing, provide release management instructions through UAT and production environments. Creating reports with QlikView/Qliksense Nprinting. Ensure quality data creation, presentation, and data flow across systems. Clear documentation of Qlikview/Qliksense data design and mappingsRequired:Bachelors or Masters in a science-based program and/or quantitative discipline with an emphasis on Business Analytics 3+ years in Data Visualization or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense, Looker or Power BI) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Cloud Solutions Development/ImplementationRequires outstanding organization skills combined with critical thinking, problem-solving and agile management tools to support team success. Experience with QlikSense & Qlikview Strong SQL skills and various BI/Reporting tools to build self-serve reports, analytic dashboards. Strong experience consuming data models, developing SQL, addressing data quality issues, proposing BI solution architecture, and articulating best practices in end-user visualizations. Development delivery experience Inquisitive, proactive, and interested in learning new tools and techniques. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where problems are not always well-defined.Preferred:Experience applying AI/ML techniques to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, using Python and related technologies. Experience with data analysis and data modeling is a plus. Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with large data sets. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture. Ability to design and develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources. Experience with Google cloud-based platforms is a plus.Supply Chain Domain experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
