Overview

Jackson Dawson is looking to welcome a new team of Calendar Builders due to growth in the business!

The Calendar Builder is responsible for building and maintaining training schedules for our in-dealership Trainers. The ideal candidate would be someone who can work pro-actively and have a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for in dealership Trainers
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and rental car reservations for in dealership Trainers
• Provide travel assistance to trainers if issues arise during travel
• Monitor, tally, and record travel hours and billing hours for trainers
• Collaborate with colleagues and adjust actions in relation to others' actions to create synchronized schedules
• Data entry of all training dates and times within the Training web site
• Responsible for daily conflict checks to avoid double-booking of training both within and outside the in-dealership training program
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Skillful and logistical proactive decision making as schedules must be developed based on geography, mileage, dealership preference, as well as dealership ranking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent editing/proof-reading skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis in Excel
  • Strong phone etiquette skills
