As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting the execution and overall performance of each hourly position. It will be up to you to help ensure that operations are running smoothly while providing the ultimate experience for our sports fans. -REQUIREMENTS

• Communication, leadership, delegation and time-management skills
• Negotiation and mediation skills
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• General knowledge of a full service restaurant
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
