the vehicle customer in new and unimagined ways. What you'll be
able to do: As an Unreal Engine Specialist, you will pave real time
workflows for the Digital Experience Studio (DEx Studio) - and
create the next level of interactivity for Ford Motor Company. You
will collaborate with designers and developers to bring
leading-edge visualizations to the vehicle cockpit. Additionally,
you will elevate the digital experience by harnessing the best of
video game, mobile and cinematic paradigms. The minimum
requirements we seek:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of professional experience working with
blueprints/Unreal Engine
- Three or more years of professional game, entertainment, and/or
animation/visual effects experience Please include a link to your

- Bachelor's degree in digital media, animation, engineering or
related degree
- Strong Autodesk Maya, or similar, skills to translate assets
into Unreal Engine
- Utilize and interpret Unreal Engine blueprints and sequencer
tools
- Implement object/camera animations, stage elements and events
in multiple environments
- Solid understanding of lighting, particle systems,
post-processes, material setup and general workflows inside Unreal
Engine
- Ability to model, unwrap/texture and animate in Autodesk Maya
or similar
- Desire to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Seamlessly translate 2D designs to high fidelity 3D content for
development implementation
- Employ a systematic approach to solving large, complex design
challenges
- Problem solve and determine out-of-the-box solutions for
complex technical requirements
- Leverage passion for emerging technologies, new interaction
models, product design, and excellence in visual design
- Work within a fluid creative design environment while adhering
to timeline and engineering frameworks
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization
skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in concepting, storyboarding and storytelling is a
plus
- In-depth knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and
technologies
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and prioritizing
skills
- Previous automotive experience is a plus
- Proven creative work experience in digital product design
solutions or related field
- Knowledge of C++ within an Unreal Engine environment is a plus
