Job Description:
Work with EPLM, Enterprise Connectivity Business, Program teams,
Feature Delivery Leaders, and Feature Owners to properly define the
new feature ask requests.
Establish and execute program timing, iterate on core
specifications, and work with the software development and quality
assurance teams to deliver exciting, high-quality infotainment
products.
Manage the software development and delivery as an Agile release
train engineer for SYNC/APIM projects
Manage development of feature request documentation and workplan to
support the feature implementation within the SYNC/APIM project
plans.
Communicate development milestones and deliveries across the
enterprise.
Deliver on-time launches from LR through OKTB with no gating issues
and managing AIMS, 5Ds, JIRA burndown, WNBF, etc.
Work with Feature Content team to evaluate incoming feature
requests and identify resource needs.
Work with strategic partners, such as Apple, Google, Nuance, etc.
in incorporating new feature implementation and software deliveries
into the existing products.
Create a highly collaborative, motivated team environment and
partner with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, System Engineers,
Software Developers, and Software Quality Assurance Engineers
daily.
Work with the global teams to ensure timely software delivery at
global factories, dealerships, and directly to the customers.
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering,
Computer Science, or equivalent
2+ years leading embedded software developers on a production
embedded software program
3+ years of experience participating in an Agile production
software development team
