Job Description Job Description Crucial Link is hiring in Valley City for a Concrete Factory Production Associate Concrete Factory Production Associate – Valley City, OH $1 8.25 / hr to start – Progressive pay Scale - Overtime Available No Experience Needed – We Will Train! Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and be able to pass a DOT Drug Test. Does NOT test for THC, but THC is NOT permitted on the job and can lead to termination. This is a temp to hire position with the ultimate goal of you transitioning to a full time employee of the client and growing in your career in the precast concrete industry. Why You’ll Love This Job: Steady, year-round work – weekly pay Progressive pay scale – $18.25/hr starting, typically at $20/hr in just 45 days Overtime pay – 5–10 hrs/week Once Hired on: Upward mobility – certifications available in cranes, forklifts, welding, CDL Bonuses – Quarterly & yearly attendance bonuses ($300–$400/month profit sharing) Full benefits package – Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), PTO & Paid Holidays What You’ll Do: Produce high-quality precast concrete products Strip and set up concrete forms Read shop drawings/blueprints Maintain a clean & safe work area (5S) Operate forklifts, cranes, and production equipment (training provided) Perform basic preventative maintenance What We’re Looking For: Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Ability excel in a labor intensive position Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in varying conditions Experience with concrete, heavy equipment, or blueprints a plus (but not required) Work Environment: Partly climate-controlled, with exposure to noise, dust, and outdoor elements.
