ConGlobal Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Intermodal Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial for the efficient handling and movement of shipping containers and offers a stimulating work environment where safety and precision are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various heavy machinery and an understanding of logistical operations. Operate cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to move containers within the facility. Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Load and unload containers from trucks and stack them in assigned locations using intermodal equipment. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure proper placement and storage of containers according to facility standards. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing tasks. Collaborate with other team members to optimize operations and enhance productivity. Maintain accurate records of operations and report any discrepancies or equipment issues to the management immediately. Proficiency in operating various types of heavy machinery, such as cranes and forklifts. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to the operation of heavy equipment. Ability to coordinate and organize tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy. Good physical condition and stamina, with the ability to manage physically demanding tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified in Forklift Operation.
