Job Skills / Requirements We currently have an open commercial cleaning position in Solon and Bedford. This is a public building that requires daily care for floors, restrooms, consumables, and disinfection. Union Membership: Summit Building Services has a contract with SEIU Local 1 that requires each employee hired into this position to join the Union. This position is at two separate facilities Bedford 10am-12pm Solon 1pm-5pm 7 hours weekly : Wednesday 10am-5pm Pay: $ 17.15 Complete job specifications for assigned buildings Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Empties trash, and replaces liners. Maintains cleaning equipment and orders supplies from the office. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas including clean and dirty laundry. Performs additional duties as needed.
