Position : System Administrator Salary : $55,000 - 75,000k

Lansing, MI area (Onsite) We are seeking a full-time, permanent
System Administrator to be an integral part of a IT team! Here are

: You will be responsible for administering key services such as
Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SharePoint Online, Teams,
OneDrive, and Intune . The ideal candidate will ensure the
security, availability, and performance of our M365 services while
providing technical support and guidance to end-users and IT
stakeholders. Preferred Experience: Experience administering
Microsoft 365 environments. Strong hands-on experience with Entra
ID / Azure Active Directory administration. Proficient in managing
SharePoint Online , including site collections, permissions, and
modern features. Experience supporting Microsoft Teams
architecture, policies, and voice integration. Familiarity with
Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, compliance policies, and
application deployment. Solid understanding of M365 licensing,
service plans, and tenant management. Excellent problem-solving,
communication, and documentation skills. Bonus Experience:
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to
automate workflows and enhance collaboration. Microsoft
certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator or Identity and
Access Administrator. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for compliance
and data lifecycle management. Working knowledge of PowerShell
scripting for M365 administration tasks. Familiarity with hybrid
identity environments and Active Directory Connect. Exposure to
M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or mergers/acquisitions. LI-NB1
