As a key member of our Information Technology group, you'll play a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. As a Dynamics 365 software developer on the GCCT program, the ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. The developer will be a member of Stefanini Global Contact Center Channel Enablement team. This team supports communication channels such as Live Chat, SMS/MMS, Telephony, and Messaging using CRM and 3rd party platforms. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to existing code to improve and/or maintain Dynamics 365. Work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365. Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges. Proactively provide feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking for continuous process improvement.
