Position Description: The position requires someone capable of managing sophisticated technical details and who is proficient across multiple disciplines (planning, requirements gathering and validation, system design, development, and configuration). Due to the global nature of the enterprise directory data management services and Azure Active Directory system, this position provides the outstanding opportunity to engage with multiple business teams, joint ventures, and different Stefanini IT organizations (Office of the CIO/Strategy, IT Operations, Application Development, and Enterprise Connectivity etc.). Skills Required: Support the ITO Security Service Project by providing Operational expertise within the Azure AD B2C IAM Space Provide Day-to-Day Operations of Incidents, problems, escalations as appropriate, and ensure root cause has been identified, and permanent fixes have been implemented Incident, Knowledge, Problem, Rally and Change Management Maintain operational Service Level Agreements, Availability, Data Quality and Security Controls of the Identity and Access Management Offering Provide critical 7x24 support of Identity and Access Management Cloud Based Services Maintain documentation of all operational processes, procedures, and configurations Generate Metrics related to SLAs, Up-Time, etc. for Customer awareness Maintain & test DR document, and perform backup and disaster recovery procedures Responsible for reviewing and monitoring our SLA is being met by our Cloud Based Service Provider Resolve operational concerns through collaboration with customers, engineering SMEs, and product vendors. Test all new Features being released and support those released for the Identity and Access Management Offering Build out Scripts to help Automate portions of the Operational Day-to-Day Support Coordinate Change controls between our Cloud based provider, Stefanini IT Customers, and Engineering teams Follow all Stefanini Change Control processes Work with product vendor to coordinate distribution of regular updates/patches Responsible for coordinating the deployment of new Cloud Identity software or solutions to Stefanini Cloud Identity environments Work with various infrastructure support teams to provide technical direction and address security issues (NA Security Operations, Engineering, Cyber Security, Enterprise Vulnerability) Interact with team members to improve tools, technology stack, and application performance and stability Skills Preferred: Solid understanding in Security domains, especially Identity and Access Management Hands on experience of PowerShell script programming Experience of designing and implementing applications and infrastructure in Microsoft Windows environment Ability to learn new technology quickly with little documentation Be able to work within a team environment, also self-motivated Proven track record to develop and document requirements Experience with Rally and Agile development Experience Required: 5+ years of IT experience Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study Listed Salary Range may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market, Also some positions may Include bonuses and other Incentives About Stefanini Group The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
