Summary of Position The Onsite Recruiter primary responsibilities
are to manage daily operation of contract associates on-location at
client facility. Perform wide variety of HR and administrative
tasks, including those related to orientations, counseling,
reporting, and sometimes recruitment. Reports to: Market Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Supervise associates
contracted at client facility, addressing attendance, performance,
and other HR needs as required. • Liaise between client company and
Nesco branch office to keep everyone abreast of openings,
applicants, and contract associates. • Conduct orientations
regularly with new associates. • Perform walk-throughs and attend
client safety meetings as agreed upon with client and Nesco to
monitor safety and ongoing associate performance. • Keep track of
all applications and files and maintain documentation. • Track and
monitor associate attendance and attrition. • Create and maintain
spreadsheets and other reporting as required by the client. • Make
recommendations in regard to program improvements and/or issue
resolution. • Resolve issues in a timely manner, taking a proactive
approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. • Ensure
the safety management of associates at client location, to include
employee safety orientations, training, injury investigation and
other duties as determined. • Perform HR management tasks including
counseling and terminations as needed for associates. • Enter and
maintain proper documentation in tracking system regarding
associate and employee relations. • Recruit and process applicants
to meet staffing needs if necessary. • Process weekly payroll if
applicable. • Conduct monthly and quarterly Business Reviews. •
Support and communicate with associates on numerous levels. •
Comply with all company safety guidelines and processes, reporting
known safety issues, including near misses, accidents and potential
concerns, to the appropriate supervisor or member of the risk
department. • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications • High
school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or a minimum of
one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, as an Administrative
Assistance, or in a fast-paced customer-service role preferred or
comparable combination of education and experience. Previous
sourcing or recruiting experience beneficial. • Excellent
interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication
skills. 2 • Demonstrated focus on exceeding customer needs and
building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility
for customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Ability to maintain stable
performance under pressure or opposition. • Demonstrated ability to
establish courses of action for self and others. • Exceptional
business ethics. • Ability to focus and guide others in completion
of work objectives. • Proactive approach to work, acting to achieve
goals beyond what is required. • Effective organization and time
management skills. • Working knowledge of labor and employment
laws. Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary
position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about the
inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery,
etc. and bend or stand as necessary. Constantly operates a computer
and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy
machine, and computer printer. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing
cabinets and fax machines. Occasionally positions self to move
boxes or equipment weighing 25 pounds or less. Frequently
communicates with fellow employees, clients, associates, etc. Must
be able to perceive objects at a distance and up close. Must be
able to travel for short or extended periods to other Nesco
Resource client locations, to corporate office as needed for
specific meetings, or to other business locations related to
