The Opportunity
The automotive industry is evolving rapidly alongside the dramatic
and unprecedented technological shifts in how people live, work and
move. Ford is accelerating technical breakthroughs in
electrification, connected car technologies and Internet of
Things-related products and capabilities with the goal of becoming
the world's most trusted mobility company. In this role, you and
your team will lead overall leadership in the development and
execution of the HR services functions, supporting Ford's overall
strategic direction and focusing on the talent acquisition and
management, culture management and employee engagement areas. As
the HRBO Senior Director, you will provide guidance and
consultation to both employees and management within Ford.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience supporting
functions and leaders in a large, complex organization. You should
have experience working in a strategic capacity within HR and
driving complex and long-term goals such as workforce planning,
organizational development and learning and development.
The Team
This role will report to the Executive Director, HR Business
Operations.
The Senior Director, HRBO will be responsible and accountable
