Our programs include incentives and promote physical, mental, and financial wellness.SummaryThe Human Resources/Human Resource Information System Coordinator (HR/HRIS) Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources operations, HRIS changes including data entry directly into the human resources information system, and special projects. This position will be responsible to provide human resources support, including human resources processing, on-boarding, local benefits administration, and general HR inquires.ResponsibilitiesHR AdministrationEnsure all paperwork for employee status changes are complete, logged, and filed appropriately using established checklistUpdateUpdate and distribute employee change reportsNotify Information Technology department of changes needed to employee access to various systems through promotions, transfers, or terminationsMaintain accurate employee filesRefer employees with employee relations issues to appropriate HR Business Partner, Sr. HR Business Partner, or HR ManagerEnsure all Family Medical Leaves (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities (ADA), and/or other types of leaves of absence (LOA) are properly documented and coordinated with the HRBP, Sr. HRBP, or HR Manager on missing and/or needed informationAs necessary, work with LOA vendor, LeaveSource on missing information, leave status, and return to workEnsure unemployment claims are accurately responded to with proper documentation in a timely manner and coordinate with the HRBP, Sr. HRBP or HR Manager when claim decisions and/or hearings arriveAssist with maintenance and update of corporate policy/procedure documentsMaintain confidentiality of all employee related issuesAssists with Site HR Compliance auditsAdministers site Perci Perks program and works with Organizational Development team to ensure a smooth and accurate process is followedAudits human resources courses in Percepta College for completion, ensuring complianceTrack and facilitate the Tuition Reimbursement process, ensuring correct documentation received and administered to the policyEmploymentAssist with new hire on-boarding, as well as conduct new hire orientation as neededCreate employee files and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy and completion prior to filingEnsure I-9 compliance and that all information is entered accurately for all new hires within the first 3 days of employmentTrack Corrective Actions (CAs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), ensuring signed copies are in the employee filesHR Systems and BenefitsUse the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to perform employee record maintenance including but not limited to compensation changes, position changes, financial codes changes, supervisor changes, and confirm new hire set up accuracy, along with processing monthly audits to ensure accuracy of data for North AmericaCoordinate Health and Wellness initiatives with the Site Admin and TTEC Benefits teamAnswer basic benefits questions for employees seeking assistance and guide them to resolution of their issue, escalating as needed to the Benefits teamAssist employees in submitting documentation to maintain and/or change their benefitsOpen AskNow tickets with the TTEC Benefits Team as needed to resolve employee issuesOccasionally assist Time Keeping Specialists with timekeeping system updates and/or general timekeeping questions from employeesEducationAssociate of Arts or Associate of Science degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business AdministrationExperience1-year Human Resources and/or Organization Development administrative support experience required; 2 years is preferredIntermediate level proficiency in navigating personal computers, applications, Adobe, Visio, and Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word and Excel) is requiredHuman Resource Information Systems (HRIS) experience is preferredSkills and KnowledgeKnowledge of how the HR function works and supports the businessKnowledge of HR laws and/or practices within multiple states a plusPossess a high degree of professionalismExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong customer service orientationStrong analytical skillsDetail oriented with high level accuracyExcellent reliability and attendanceAbility to maintain confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive materialAbility to learn quickly and multi-taskAbility to prioritize activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExceptional time management skillsExemplary standards of integrity, personal work ethic and continuous involvement in self education and developmentAbility to work well and interact with others at varying organizational levelsMust be able to provide excellent customer service to all Percepta employeesOtherAvailable to work or travel outside normal work schedule when necessaryPercepta requires all employees hired in the United States to successfully pass a background check and depending on location and client program a drug test, as a condition of employment.
