Key Responsibilities Beverage Crafting & Menu Innovation Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and following precise recipes and presentation standards Develop new and innovative beverage offerings that align with Qimmah Coffees brand and customer preferences Maintain consistency and quality in all drinks, ensuring proper brewing techniques and ingredient measurements Customer Service & Guest Experience Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, greeting them enthusiastically and ensuring a positive experience Take and process orders accurately, making personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary needs Engage with guests to educate them on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles Cleanliness & Equipment Maintenance Maintain a clean and organized barista station, following health and safety guidelines Regularly clean and sanitize espresso machines, blenders, and brewing equipment to ensure top performance Monitor and report any maintenance issues with coffee-making equipment Inventory & Stock Management Monitor ingredient levels for coffee, syrups, milk alternatives, and specialty tea blends Ensure barista station is fully stocked and organized at all times Notify management when supplies need restocking or ingredients need replenishment Team Collaboration & Adaptability Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service Assist in training new team members on proper beverage preparation and service standards Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the cafs operations Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience as a Barista, Caf Attendant, or in a hospitality role preferred but not required Passion for coffee culture, beverage crafting, and guest experience Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays Why Work With Us? $13-$20 Hourly Tips (high earning potential) Health, dental, and vision benefits PTO (Paid Time Off) and 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee discount on food and beverages Flexible scheduling options Opportunities for career growth in the coffee industry At Qimmah Coffee House, we take pride in delivering an exceptional coffee experience while fostering a fun, collaborative work environment.
