What You'll Do Design and execute a daily menu of hot and cold prepared foods-roasted meats, artisan salads, seasonal vegetables, signature sauces, and more. Prep from scratch: butcher, roast, braise, saut--, and compose dishes that hold beautifully in a grab-and-go setting. Champion quality control, ensuring consistent flavor, portioning, and presentation for every item in the case. Manage production schedules to stay ahead of peak periods while minimizing waste. Maintain an immaculate, food-safe workspace in compliance with all ServSafe and health regulations. Collaborate closely with front-of-house and catering teams to fulfill special orders and tasting events. What We're Looking For Culinary background in scratch cooking, banquet, or large-batch production (professional schooling a plus, but we'll train the right talent). Calm, organized demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen-able to juggle multiple stations while meeting strict timelines. Eye for detail -from precise knife work to balanced seasoning and beautiful plating. Team-first attitude with strong communication skills; you thrive on mentoring others and receiving feedback.
