Compensation (base): Starting at $500,000 $600,000+ depending on years of experience, with potential annual bonus up to $75K based on established metrics.
What You ll Do

• Establish and lead a community-based vascular surgery program at a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
• Provide advanced vascular surgical care for conditions including aneurysmal disease (abdominal and thoracic), carotid artery disease, hemodialysis access, peripheral vascular disease, and limb salvage.
• Perform open and endovascular procedures.
• Manage vascular conditions using medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain a weekly schedule of 2 clinic days and 3 procedural/surgical days, plus 10 night/weekend call shifts per month (night/weekend call does not include daytime coverage).
• Share call responsibilities with an APP and vascular surgery partners, including additional coverage and phone support from OSU.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and participate in multidisciplinary care with cardiology, interventional radiology, and other specialties.
