A well-established, independent healthcare organization in the greater Toledo / Findlay, OH area is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join its high-performing outpatient practice. This opportunity offers a modern clinical setting, a 100% outpatient focus, and a schedule designed to support flexibility and strong work-life balance.
Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Rheumatology practice
• Flexible scheduling: 2 5 days/week, customizable shifts, or week-on/week-off
• Optional 4-hour Saturday clinic
• Minimal call: office voicemail only (
• Full practice autonomy with ability to shape patient mix and schedule
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong specialist support
• Teaching opportunities available (optional)
• EMR: Cerner (integrated system)

• Base salary: $300,000 + wRVU bonuses (up to $500,000 total)
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Loan repayment assistance
• Up to $10,000 relocation support
• 248 hours PTO + CME allowance ($5,000/year)
• Full benefits + malpractice coverage
• 403(b) with employer match
• PSLF-eligible (non-profit employer)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Eligible for or active Ohio medical license
• DEA (prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history
