Job Description Role: BCBA Therapist Location: Michigan
(Anywhere in the State, 100% Remote) We are looking for a
passionate and experienced professional to join our team and make a
meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
Required Qualifications • BCBA certification or Master’s degree
with ABA coursework • Strong knowledge of ABA and DTT methodologies
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation •
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills •
Strong time management and organizational abilities • Proficiency
in English (additional languages are a plus) • Ability to handle
higher-level responsibilities and collaborate with teams
effectively • Bilingual/Multilingual candidates may be eligible for
higher base pay Key Responsibilities • Design and implement
individualized treatment and behavior support plans • Develop and
modify programs based on client progress • Collaborate with
directors, families, and care teams • Train, supervise, and support
therapists and clinical staff • Communicate with funding sources
regarding progress, reports, and authorizations • Manage a caseload
