Certifications Description: Provide nursing care to patients in a
step-down unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Monitor vital signs and assess patients'
conditions regularly. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Educate patients and their families on health
management and discharge planning. Maintain accurate medical
records and documentation. Adhere to established protocols and
standards of care. Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS
