in the Operating Room, specifically supporting cardiac surgical
procedures. The role involves directly assisting the attending
physician by providing aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and
other intraoperative techniques essential for safe and successful
surgeries. The RNFA I is also responsible for preoperative and
postoperative patient care to enhance surgical outcomes throughout
the perioperative period. This position primarily supports cardiac
surgeries and includes coverage of regional call duties to bolster
the cardiac surgery program system-wide. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with operating room
experience Proficient in cardiac surgical assisting, including 2nd
assist responsibilities Knowledge of perioperative nursing
practices and patient care during all surgical phases Ability to
collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and
surgical teams Comfort covering regional call to support the
cardiac surgery program Location:Situated in Elyria, Ohio, this
