direction of the Residential Manager, the role of the Residential
Coordinator is to provide direct supervision of the Direct Support
Professionals (DSPs) and provide leadership within the home by
modeling Rose-Mary philosophies, supporting DSPs, and ensuring
compliance with all agency policies. Responsibilities include
overseeing daily household operations, documentation, activities,
medical appointments, and communication. The position also performs
DSP duties when working in ratio. Requirements: POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES: Fully understands, embraces, and models Rose-Mary
philosophies while leading DSPs. Maintains a positive and
professional attitude with all individuals encountered. Follows all
Rose-Mary policies and procedures, seeking guidance when uncertain.
2. Will be scheduled to work weekdays and 2 weekends per month and
work in ratio as needed and/or scheduled. 3. Maintains detailed
grocery lists and monitors inventory, will shop as needed. Requests
household supplies (crafts, games, toiletries, kitchenware, linens,
etc.) as needed. Assists with individual account spend-downs with
oversight from the Manager. 4. Tracks and manages agency vehicles
assigned to the caseload. Ensures vehicles are used appropriately,
driven safely, used solely for agency business, and kept clean. 5.
Ensures menus are followed through observation and presence during
meal times. Ensures proper food rotation and compliance with food
supply standards. 6. Completes the monthly activity calendar and
presents it to the Manager. Ensures that in-home and community
activities occur, are documented, and that individuals and staff
have the necessary funds, tickets, or materials. 7. Ensures DSPs
have clear written directions for shift-to-shift responsibilities.
Ensures appropriate supervision levels are maintained. 8. Attends
and executes all medical appointments in compliance with agency
policies and procedures. 9. Ensures DSP documentation is completed
accurately, timely, and according to policy. Completes all
Supervisor documentation, including documentation completed while
in ratio timely and accurately. 10. Conducts fire drills and
provides training so that other shifts can complete them. 11.
Training & Staff Development: a. Provides real-time coaching,
constructive feedback, and role-modeling of professional conduct.
b. Requests formal corrective action when prior coaching has not
resolved concerns. c. Provides ongoing training on electronic
platforms used within the agency. d. Assists DSPs with signing up
for and completing compliance-related tasks. e. Attends meetings
for assigned home(s) and provides training based on observations.
12. Requests and manages petty cash through Finance. Ensures funds
are returned for audit every two weeks. 13. Ensures repairs are
reported in a timely manner. Maintains a clean, safe, and
appropriately decorated home per agency guidelines. 14. Ensures
home mail is scanned or delivered to the main office as required.
15. Ensures all house systems are accurate, up to date, and aligned
with company policies. Provides input to Managers for 90-day DSP
evaluations and assessments of ongoing competence. 16.
Communication: 17. Communicates openly and honestly with the
Program Manager and/or Director regarding concerns or questions.
18. Communicates relevant information to peers, Managers,
Directors, Qs, Nurses, Maintenance, and office staff. 19. Reads and
responds to agency email each shift when appropriate. 20. Provides
DSPs and other staff with necessary and timely information. 21.
Maintains professional communication with DSPs, families, day
program and school personnel, and all other stakeholders. 22.
Completes all medication-related duties as delegated and permitted
by agency policy and certification. 23. Reports UIs promptly when
working and ensures they are entered into the documentation system.
24. Performs all duties of a DSP when working in ratio. WORK

areas PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lifting up to 100 pounds. Transferring
individuals from (with or without mechanical lifts) from bed to
wheelchair, wheelchair to bed, in and out of shower/bath, and in
and out of vehicles. Assisting with hygiene, including
bathing/showering, shaving, tooth brushing, and assisting with
incontinence care. Bending, twisting, standing, climbing, and
kneeling Pushing wheelchairs UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work will
include evenings and weekends as needed to support program
operations. May be exposed to contagious diseases in residential or
community settings. May encounter individuals who exhibit
aggressive, high-risk, or otherwise challenging behaviors.
