Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,844 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Relevant Certifications Description: Provide nursing care to patients in a step-down unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor vital signs and assess patients' conditions regularly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Adhere to established protocols and standards of care.
