Options: - Part-time - Full-time - Week on/week off (flexible
schedule) - Patient Mix: Physician chooses patient age group and
mix - Scope: Full practice autonomy with ability to influence
practice design and operations - Support: - Full care team support
model - Access to multidisciplinary specialists - 24/7 in-house
hospitalist support (for inpatient needs) - Mayo Clinic eConsults,
eBoards, AskMayoExpert access - Teaching: Optional opportunities
for medical students and APP trainees - EMR: Cerner (integrated
inpatient/outpatient) - Visa Candidates: Not accepted - Locums
Providers: Not accepted Requirements - Degree: MD or DO - Board
Certification: Required (in Rheumatology) - Licensure: Active Ohio
medical license required Compensation & Benefits - Salary:
Competitive base salary - Signing Bonus: $50,000 - Loan Repayment:

schedule - Relocation: Up to $10,000 assistance - CME/Board
Support: $5,000 annually - Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation,
holidays, CME) - Sick Time: Up to 600 hours accrual (4 hours per
