Job Description Zack Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Position: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) Shifts: - Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12) - Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12) - Rotating D/N may be required. The facility will do its best to honor a traveler’s preferred shift but reserves the right to adjust based on operational needs. - - 12 hour Nights / Days, Every other weekend, Must make up missed weekend shifts as needed, Every other holiday, 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital, We will do our best to honor their preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary. Requirements: - Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience - Minimum 18 months of prior permanent (perm) experience in the specialty before any travel assignments - Active OH or Compact RN license (must be in hand) - BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS – AHA or American Red Cross - Must be willing to work every other holiday - Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate testing during orientation. . Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
