Develop and execute clinic business plans to achieve financial goals and growth objectives. Maintain the highest standards of pediatric care and patient satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Lead community outreach efforts to expand patient base and enhance clinic reputation. Analyze performance data to make informed strategic decisions. Collaborate with other Ivy Rehab clinics to share best practices and resources. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in pediatric therapy Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to implement and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid physical or occupational therapy license Board certification in Pediatrics (if applicable) Certification in Healthcare Management preferred
