Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Saginaw, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7:15 AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience; Strong orthopedic experience required License: Active Michigan Nursing License Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: - Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Med Surg) - 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed within the last two years Description: Works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. The Staff RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care on the nursing unit according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Accepts responsibility for the direction of coworkers in the implementation of the patient's plan of care. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Provides nursing care using the Nursing Process by completing nursing assessments of patients and documenting appropriately in the patient chart. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the patient. Implements the plan of care and documents in the chart. Evaluates the patient's response to care and updates the plan of care. Oversees the delegation of specifics of the patient plan of care to unit staff. Every other weekend and holiday coverage required.
