Description: The NICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility
for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role involves
supervising staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The Nurse
is accountable for supporting facility leadership to ensure
high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role also
includes ensuring competency of clinical staff and appropriate
