Job Description:

At Renewal Rehab, our commitment to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services is embodied in our new Ambassador Villa Center role. This position is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment between our therapy services and patient communities within nursing homes, rehab centers, and long-term care facilities. The Ambassador Villa Center will act as a liaison, ensuring that our high standards of care are seamlessly integrated into each facility, enhancing patient outcomes and facility partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact between Renewal Rehab therapy teams and facility staff. Coordinate and implement patient care programs in conjunction with therapists and healthcare providers. Monitor and report on the progress of therapy programs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Facilitate regular meetings with facility staff and therapy teams to ensure alignment on patient care objectives. Lead training sessions for facility staff on integrating therapy services effectively. Advocate for patient needs and work collaboratively to solve patient care challenges. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within all assigned facilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and coordinate healthcare services Excellent leadership and team facilitation skills Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy and healthcare compliance regulations 401k Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) preferred Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CHFM) is a plus
