Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Beachwood, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,129 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Beachwood, Ohio, 44122! Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) AUTO OFFER - 36 OR 48 HOUR OPTION Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Night shifts, 4 -12 hour shifts Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived.
