registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. Provide specialized nursing care in an intensive
care environment focused on critically ill patients ranging from
adolescent to geriatric ages. The role involves delivering expert
care in both Intensive Care (ICU) and Step-down (SDU) units within
an Intermediate Intensive Care Unit setting. Expertise in managing
a diverse range of patient diagnoses, including medical, surgical,
cardiac, and neurosurgical cases, is essential. Maintaining
professional nursing standards and supervising support staff such
as CNA/SNA and LPN personnel are key components of this position.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license with ICU experience Proficiency in critical care nursing
for diverse patient populations Ability to manage complex medical,
surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical cases Experience supervising
and coordinating care with healthcare support staff Strong
communication and clinical assessment skills Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
Monitor patient conditions and adjust nursing interventions
accordingly Coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams Supervise and support CNA, SNA, LPN, and other
