Currently hiring for full-time, Hybrid, Onsite Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in Dearborn, Michigan for the 25/26 school year! Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering speech language pathology services in a K-12 setting for school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in a collaborative and community based environment. Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need Develop your skills, career, and expertise with a supportive team-based environment Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse population of school aged children Minimum Requirements: Able to commit to 37.5 hours per week Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in Michigan, in good standing Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency Full-time resident of the United States Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary Compensation: The on-target earnings for this role are $47-$55 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications. This position also includes an opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3,000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in a pay period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
