Pay Information $2,092 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of experience required License: Michigan RN License Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Trained in MS/PCU/ICU/Tele - Recent traveler experience highly preferred Description: This position performs a variety of integrated neurological/neurosurgical and trauma critical care functions. The nursing process is applied while utilizing broad nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner. Position requires travel among different health facilities. Casual employees have no regularly scheduled work hours. An understanding of, and agreement to fulfill, the minimum time commitments is required. These commitments include working at least 48 hours per month, with 24 hours worked on weekends. There is also an annual requirement of 24 hours worked on holidays. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Assessing patients for physical, emotional, psychosocial, and family support. Organizing and coordinating all aspects of patient care based on patients' real and/or perceived needs. Evaluating patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient's plan of care or clinical path.
