Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in
accordance with laws, regulations, and standards.
Must be NBCOT certified (renewal optional) and licensed in the
state, with at least 1 year post-acute care experience
preferred.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing treatment plans,
supervising staff, documenting accurately, and collaborating with
patients and team members.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, good body mechanics, and
adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.
Essential functions involve patient goal setting, care evaluation,
demonstrating professionalism, and participating in community
health initiatives.
Must demonstrate dependability, good communication, and physical
capability to perform job duties.
