  • AUTO OFFER - 3x12s OR 4x12s!
  • Facility is willing to approve up to an 18 week contract.
  • D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)
  • Must Have minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must Have 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
  • Must have perm OHIO license OR compact state in hand
  • AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
