Job Description:
Lincoln Electric, a leader in welding and cutting solutions
headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks a Sustainability Analyst to
join our Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance department. In this
role, you will support the development and implementation of
sustainability initiatives that integrate environmental, social,
and governance (ESG) aspects into our business processes. You will
analyze data, prepare sustainability reports, and work closely with
various teams to promote and enhance our commitment to sustainable
operations. This position plays a crucial role in helping Lincoln
Electric meet its sustainability goals, while ensuring compliance
with environmental regulations and standards. Analyze environmental
data to monitor performance and identify improvement areas. Prepare
detailed reports on sustainability performance, including annual
sustainability reports. Collaborate with internal teams to develop
and implement sustainability projects and policies. Assist in the
management of sustainability certifications and compliance with
relevant environmental regulations. Stay informed on new
regulations, industry trends, and best practices in sustainability.
Support the communication of sustainability initiatives to
stakeholders and the public. Strong analytical and data analysis
skills Proficient in using sustainability reporting frameworks such
as GRI and SASB Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of
environmental regulations and compliance Experience with
Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Sustainability Professional (CSP) preferred ISO 14001 Environmental
Management certification is a plus
